World Book Day in P2

P2 had a busy week with making pancakes on Pancake Day and taking part in World Book Day.

Staff and children dressed up as characters from their favourite books and did Show and Tell of their favourite book to the class.  Mrs Hutchinson was dressed up as The Cat in the Hat!  Look at our amazing costumes in the photos attached.

We drew pictures of our book covers and went to the school library.  P4 came to our classroom to read their books to us.  We had P4 partner to do this and then we read to them.

It was a really fun day.
