The body coach challenge

Every day this week Joe Wicks (The Body Coach) is doing a live workout session for primary and secondary school children. We decided we would all have a go - teachers and classroom assistants included!

Primary 1 and Primary 7 were first to try it on Monday and I don't know about Mrs Neilly but my muscles are a little sore today. All year groups will take part in at least one session during the week.
