Superhero Day
SUPERHERO DAY – THURSDAY 10th JUNE 2021
On Thursday 10th June we will be holding a very special
SUPERHERO DAY TO CELEBRATE CHILDHOOD DAY
to raise funds for the NSPCC in association with Carrickfergus LIDL.
We would like children to come to school, on 10th June, dressed as a SUPERHERO. This could be a traditional superhero, or, as the last year has shown us, a range of professions are REAL LIFE super heroes…such as Nurses, Doctors, Teachers, Supermarket Workers and many many more. BE AS CREATIVE AS YOU CAN!
We want to raise as much money as possible for the NSPCC, who have found raising funds in the last year incredibly difficult.
Each child should bring in £1 as part of the non-uniform day and, if possible, we would like children and parents to dig deep into the sofa, under the bed etc and try and find as many copper coins as possible. So, if you have a jar of pennies, 2ps, 5ps etc at home, why not bag them up, send them into school as an additional donation to the NSPCC and our fundraising efforts for our Superhero Day!
The class that raises the most money will win ‘A LIDL Superhero Party’ with all treats donated from LIDL.
PLEASE HELP US TO MAKE THIS DAY REALLY SPECIAL
