Dear parents / carers,
As you will be aware, you have booked your child(ren) into our Summer Scheme, Week 1, running from Monday 1st - Friday 5th July.
A General Election has since been called and will take place on Thursday 4th July. Our school is used as a polling station for elections. Under the rules, no other activity is permitted to take place on the grounds of a polling station on the day of an election. This means that we will be unable to operate our Summer Scheme on Thursday 4th July.
If you have already made payment, a refund will be credited to your school money account to reflect 1 day of Summer Scheme.. If you are still to make payment, the amount being requested will be reduced when we return to school next week.
