Some very sad news...

It is with deepest sorrow that I must inform the whole school community that Mrs Sandra Montgomery, a much loved and dedicated member of staff, has sadly passed away after a short battle with cancer.  Most recently, Sandra has been a classroom assistant with Mrs Loughins in Primary 2 and has worked in VPS since the year 2000 so I am sure many of you will have crossed paths with her at some point.

Sandra's funeral will take place on Tuesday 22nd August at 11.am at St Nicholas Parish Church, Carrickfergus.  If attending, please wear something colourful as per Sandra's wishes.
