P2 Handa's Surprise Fruit Day

As part of P2's topic 'Senses and the Body', we read the story 'Handa's Surprise'.

Today we had our Handa's Surprise Fruit Day and it was so much fun!

We used our senses to explore each fruit then we recorded our findings using descriptive language.

Then we tasted each fruit and thought of adjectives to describe the taste.

Finally, we made pastel pictures of the outside and the inside of one fruit.
