Dairy Council visit Primary 6

Primary 6 had a visit from the Food and Fitness team from the Dairy Council NI. The children got to explore the concept of balance; balance within their diet, based on eating a variety of foods from the five food groups, and balance within their lifestyle, focusing on the importance of accumulating at least one hour of activity each day. It was an interesting, fun and interactive session!
